Wolfberger Eaux-de-vie are crafted respecting age-old traditions of artisan distilling. For the same fruit, production can begin after fermentation or maceration, or between two distilling methods in copper stills. They are then blended after aging to present both power and persistence, the floral notes and the fruitiness of the product.

Wolfberger Liqueurs result from the Master-Liquorist’s expertise combining tradition and innovation. The liqueurs come from a blend of different ingredients of agricultural origin (agricultural distillates, fruit juices, sugar, etc.) whose minimum sugar content is 100 g/liter for the liqueurs, 250 g/liter for the crèmes and 400 g/liter for the crème de cassis.
Suggestions for use: patisserie, chocolates, crystallized fruits and candies, crèmes, mousses and entremets, ice creams and sorbets, catering desserts and dishes.

The Rhums selected by Wolfberger in the French Antilles impart strength, fruity floral flavors and typical notes of aging (wood, vanilla, toasted hazelnut). Rhum is the result of distilling either fresh sugarcane juice or distilled sugarcane juice (Rhum Traditionnel).

These spirits are the outcome of our expertise in terms of know-how, innovation or rigorous product selection. A spirit is made either by distilling naturally fermented products, by macerating them in alcohol, or by mixing flavors, sugars and other ingredients such as fruit, herbs, plants or flowers with the original distillate.

The Wolfberger Savory Spirits season any gourmet preparation with balanced precision.
The Spirit beverages are denatured by the addition of salt and pepper, leading to a reduction in seasoning during food preparation.

Crafting the fruit brandies (semi-candied sour cherries and raspberries, cherry brandy) uses to advantage all the Wolfberger expertise and savoir-faire. Resting in alcohol, macerating, manually separating the fruit, extracting the juice, making confectionary syrup, all are part of the principal stages of these crunchy and creamy gourmet recipes.
