With a national oenologist’s degree alongside the title of Master Wine & Champagne, she joined Wolfberger in August 2011 as a viticulture technician.

Her role at Wolfberger

Déborah RUFFING is in charge of tracking and assuring adherence to the Agri Confiance® quality certification. She also advises the member viticulturists and checks delivery of the grapes at the weighing scales during the grape harvest. She is in contact with our members on a daily basis and tracks the process of the crémants vinification, from the berries to the bottling.
